The products sold on Recallfirsthand.it are guaranteed for 12 MONTHS with a LEGAL WARRANTY (for details on the warranty to be applied to the product, see the general conditions and purchase specifications of the goods purchased), with the repair or full replacement in the event of native device defects and its operating system. If replacement with the same model is not possible, one with equivalent technical characteristics will be provided (technical characteristics are not intended: wear of parts subject to normal wear, nor colour). The customer has the right to contact the RecallFirstHand Assistance service, should within the aforementioned period from the delivery of the goods purchased, defects of conformity with the Agreement occur or defects to be considered already present at the time of delivery. Shipping costs (tracked shipping recommended) are charged to the customer, the expected time is from 10 days to 15 working days.

This Warranty does not apply to:

a) third-party user manuals or software, configurations, contents, data or links included or downloaded on the Product, even if included during installation, assembly, shipping or at any time during the delivery process or otherwise in any way by the customer acquired;

b) deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear of the camera lenses, batteries or display);

c) defects caused by improper use (including, without limitation, defects caused by sharp objects, deformations, pressure, falls, knocks, etc.);

d)defects or damage caused by inappropriate use of the product, or in contrast with the instructions provided by the manufacturer (for example, those indicated in the product user manual);

e)defects caused by other factors/acts beyond the manufacturers’ control (exposure of the product to humidity, steam or use of the same in extreme environmental or thermal conditions, or in the event of rapid changes in the presence of the aforementioned conditions, corrosion, oxidation, spillage of food or liquids or action of chemicals, electrical short circuit damage);

f)defects or presumed such caused by the use or connection of the product with any product, accessory, software and/or services not produced or supplied by the manufacturer or product use other than that for which the product was made. Defects can be caused by viruses and/or unauthorised access and/or third parties to services, other accounts, computer systems or networks. Such unauthorised access can take place through hacking, password decoding or various other methods;

g) defects caused by a short-circuit in the battery, by the breakage or by the visible tampering of the sealing seals of the battery or cells or by the fact that the battery was used in equipment other than that for which it was intended to be used. This Warranty is not valid in case of opening, modification or repair of the product by third parties.

The products sold on Recallfirsthand.it are guaranteed for 12 MONTHS with a CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY and a further 12 MONTHS with a RECALLFIRSTHAND GUARANTEE for a total of 24 months from the date of purchase and activation of the WARRANTY, with a repair or full replacement in case of native defects of the device and its operating system. This Warranty does not apply to:
(a) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, subject to deterioration over time, except in the event of defects in materials or workmanship;
(b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and doors with broken plastic parts, except in the case of defects in materials or workmanship;
(c) damage caused by use with components or products of other companies that do not comply with the product specifications;
(d) accidental damage or resulting from improper or incorrect use, fire, contact with liquids, earthquake or other external causes;
(e) damages deriving from the use of the Product contrary to what is indicated in the user manuals, in the technical specifications and in other published guidelines relating to the Product;
(f) damages deriving from assistance interventions (including upgrades and expansions) not performed by representatives of RecallFirstHand;
(g) Products modified to alter their functionality or performance without the prior written consent from RecallFirstHand;
(h) defects caused by normal wear or otherwise due to the normal obsolescence of the Product;
(i)Products whose serial number has been removed or made illegible;
(j) Products subject to theft as reported by the competent authorities or of which it is not possible to disable the enabled code or other security measures provided to prevent unauthorised access, where it is not possible to demonstrate in any way to be the authorised user of the product (e.g. providing proof of purchase).
